You can purchase your items online and pick them up at any of Active Baby co.'s stores, or have them delivered directly to your door.

AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING
All orders are dispatched within 2 - 3 business days from our warehouse located in New South Wales via Fastway, Australia Post eParcel and in some cases Couriers Please or TNT Australia. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers and the following areas: Christmas Island, Norfolk Island, areas in postcodes 0880 and 0881 (Northern Territory) and areas in postcode 4875 (Queensland). We are also unable to deliver overseas (including New Zealand).
In case your postcode falls out of our delivery area, we will contact you to arrange alternatives or provide you with a full refund.
Please note during peak periods including Sales, Promotions, Black Friday, Christmas etc there may be delay in goods being delivered. Please check your confirmation email carefully for your estimated delivery date.
EXPECTED SHIPPING DATE
We do our best to provide an "expected shipping date" but this is an estimate based on inventory levels that can be affected by external conditions like public holidays, supplier delays and courier delays.
GENERAL INFORMATION
For courier deliveries (with the exception of Australia Post), a calling card will be left at your delivery address for you to arrange an alternate time for delivery if you are not at home, unless you have provided us with 'Authority to Leave' during the checkout process. Australia Post will leave a calling card with instructions for you to be able to pick your parcel up at your local post office or distribution centre.
Please note couriers do not offer a service to call prior to delivery or on approach. Please do not include this request in your instructions as couriers are unfortunately not able to call prior. However, you will receive a tracking email once shipped so you can track its delivery to you.
"Expected to ship" dates are estimates and subject to change. If an expected shipment date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, shipping will occur the next possible business day. As always, please check your confirmation email carefully for the most accurate delivery date for your order.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All products on our website are supplied subject to availability. We will use our best endeavours to supply you with the product ordered. On occasion however, goods that are displayed on our website may not be available. If this occurs, we will contact you and offer you a part dispatch for the balance of your order that is available or issue you with a refund or credit note for that part of the order that cannot be supplied.
Products marked as ONLINE ONLY may take longer than other products to deliver - please expect delivery up to 10-15 working days for these products.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We will notify you either by email or phone if any items are out of stock.
POST SHIPPING SUPPORT
On rare occasions you don't receive your entire order within 14 days of the item(s) being sent, please contact us so we can track the order with our shipping partners. Please note that no claims will be recognised 14 days after delivery.

Returns Policy
Please choose carefully as we do not offer an exchange or refund for change of mind purchases or incorrect purchases made.
Once you have received your order, please notify Customer Service via email within 48hrs of delivery, if any items are missing or damaged. Outside of this period Active Baby co. is not liable for refunding or replacing items (outside of warranty claims). If you receive a faulty item please contact us within 7 days of the date of delivery via email to info@activebabyco.com.au
Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts will not be refunded.
FAULTY GOODS
We will rectify, replace or exchange (at our discretion) an item which is deemed to have a manufacturing fault within the warranty period.
Please note that any product MUST be returned to us, in order for it to be assessed and a manufacturing fault identified.
Refunds and Returns (if applicable)
To qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned in an unused condition, in the original packaging and complete with all original parts and accessories. *There is no refund for postage charges or shipping costs incurred.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts will not be refunded. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on the following items; Clearance, final sale items or personalised products.
