Online Returns Policy

At Active Baby co., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Online orders can be returned to any Active Baby co. store or sent back to our warehouse, provided the following conditions are met:

  • You provide the order confirmation or tax invoice as proof of purchase.
  • Goods are returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Excluded Products:

  • Gift cards
  • Swimwear
  • Personalised products
  • Clearance sale items (final sale,
    non-returnable)

Refund Process:

Refunds will only be processed after the returned items have been received and inspected by an Active Baby co. representative.

Approved refunds will be issued for the original order amount (excluding shipping costs) and will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Additional Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for return
    shipping costs.
  • Returns purchased using a pre-paid
    EFTPOS gift card will be refunded as an Active Baby co. Gift Card.

Online Exchange Policy

We aim to make your exchange process as seamless as possible. Online orders can be exchanged to any Active Baby co. store or returned to our warehouse, provided the following conditions
are met:

  • You provide the order confirmation or tax invoice as proof of purchase.
  • Goods are returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Excluded Products:

  • Gift cards
  • Swimwear
  • Personalised products
  • Clearance sale items (final sale, non-returnable)

Exchange Process:

  • Exchanges will only be processed after the returned items have been received and inspected by an Active Baby co. representative.
  • Approved exchanges returned to our warehouse will result in a gift card equal to the value of the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs.
  • Approved in-store exchanges can be processed as a standard item-for-item exchange (e.g., swapping size or colour) or issued as a credit note equal to the value of the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs.

Additional Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for exchange return shipping costs.
  • Gift Card can be used to repurchase any items from our website or in-store.
  • Gift Card are valid for three years from the date of issue, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
